If you are wondering which class is best for you, here is a brief description.
Zumba Basic….Zumba® Fitness is a feel-happy (medium to high impact) workout that combines a motivating fusion of Latin and international music with unique moves and dynamic combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be “Fun and Easy to Do” allowing Zumba® Fitness participants to stick to the program and achieve long-term health benefits in both body and mind. A mixture of body-sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps, the routines utilize the principles of aerobic interval and resistance training. A combination of fast and slow rhythms tone and sculpt the body, maximizing caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. Classes are unique to to the instructor and can very quite a bit depending on they style.
Zumba Gold…..Zumba® Gold is based on the same dance moves used in the original Zumba class. The Gold class, however, is less intense, with dance routines designed for beginners and older adults using modified movements.
Zumba® Gold uses the same great Zumba formula, we add a longer warm up and cool down to allow participants a program improves balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength with its unique program. Zumba Gold was designed to teach the basic dance steps to anyone. Zumba Gold provides an appropriate workout for those just beginning a fitness program. Feeling the music happens when one suddenly forgets they are dancing in a class and the music is the reason to move with joy.
