Fit versus Skinny, which are you? Or even more important, which one is your workout and diet focused on. Don’t assume that if you are still in the same size jeans you were 10 years ago you are fit, or that if you have an “active lifestyle” you are strong. Its not about the size of your clothes as much as how they fit you. It’s not so much about what the scale says but how much muscle is on your frame in relation to non-lean tissue.
Long and short of it….Strong is fit and skinny is skinny!!
